Speaking of design, I was given the challenge of refreshing the print campaign for Commonwealth Bank, but I could not change the lackluster theme nor spend any money.
The old campaign featured bank employees in dull layouts, and the client still wanted to feature employees (for good marketing reasons). I used both writing and art direction to solve the problem. I gave the employees interesting things to say that sold the bank, and designed a new look. Here's the before and after
